Brick by Brick...

Like many things in France, the business of building or renovating property is extremely regulated with a specific process to be followed for any project, regardless of whether you're building a sublime new designer home or putting a wooden shed in the bottom of the garden. 

New rules from October 2007

In an effort to streamline and improve many of the application and approval processes a new set of interlocking planning application forms have been implemented, replacing the previous building planning forms in France.
