The APGL (French Association of Gay and Lesbian Parents and Prospective Parents) is an active group with representation through much of France. The group provides information on events, issues as well as support. The comprehensive website has much information in English and other languages.

Same Sex Marriage in France

French law does not accept same sex marriage, however the National Assembly passed a gay-inclusive domestic-partnership law in October 1999, which affords some of the legal benefits of traditional marriage: the Pacte Civile de Solidarité (PaCS).
